Spring Camporee/Webelos Woods/Cub Camporee

A Cub Camporee is ...
An opportunity for all Cub Scouts, Lions through Bears to experience scouting through a multitude of varied activities all contained in a weekend of outdoor camping. The Cubs can camp as a Pack or be hosted by a Scout Troop.
And a Webelos Woods is ... An opportunity for all Webelos and New Scouts to spend the weekend in a Scout Patrol. A patrol is a small group of scouts working together independent of other patrols. And here with the help of a Troop Guide the scouts will work to earn “Joining Requirements” and possible Activity Pins or even merit badge activities. It is preferable that the boy be hosted by a Scout Troop, but if that isn’t possible please come and camp with your Webelos Den or your Pack.
Family/Friends – The District encourages family and friends to come and share in some scouting fellowship. Please invite those who may be interested to join the scouts for dinner on Saturday night. Then most definitely ask them to come for the campfire program and later spend some time with the scouts in their campsite.
